Sunshine Nation ECD Project Update
Our Sunshine Nation ECD is finally close to being completed! What started as a dream for the children in our community is slowly becoming a reality. If everything goes as planned, the little school building should be finished by this coming Friday.
However, we still face many challenges.
We still need proper security, fencing, and more space. At the moment, our space can only accommodate about 10 children, but we have already received over 30 applications from families hoping to send their little ones to our ECD.
Even while we wait for everything to be completed, we continue to visit the community every Thursday. When we are able to, we bring food packets for families, and we make sure that at least 30 children receive a small treat or fruit. We also spend two hours playing educational games with the kids so they can learn while having fun.
These children deserve a safe place to learn, grow, and just be kids.
We are so grateful for everyone who has supported Sunshine Nation NPO 311-451 so far. But we still need help to make this space safe and big enough for the many children who need it.
