Meet Cobus Briedenhann - Fitness Manager & Personal Trainer
For those who don't know, meet Cobus Briedenhann. Cobus is our Fitness manager and also one of our qualified personal trainers, he's the brain behind our membership demographics and group class statistics, making sure that the demand for classes and equipment are met and that there is something for everyone. Cobus moved to Gansbaai from Pretoria in 2015 where he worked as a personal trainer at Virgin Active. He is also a rehab specialist, has a 7th dan black belt in Taekwondo (martial arts) and has taken part in numerous bodybuilding shows and also placed 6th in his division at the Nabba/wff worlds 2014 in Australia. He's the brain behind our ever popular ABC (HIIT) classes. And definitely the life of the party! He's the serious face that knows exactly how to make every situation and training session fun!
