Recipe: Summer Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 small beetroot, cut into chunks
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- 200ml water
METHOD
1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend on high for 15-30 seconds (or until it reaches the desired consistency). Add more water if necessary.

Replace water with coconut milk for a creamier, more exotic taste.
