OK’S Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup OK flour
• 1 cup OK sugar
• 6 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp OK salt
• 1 large OK egg
• ½ cup butter (melted)
• ½ cup hot water
• ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
• ¾ tsp vanilla
METHOD
Chocolate cupcakes are the ultimate treats. Make some for your family with great savings from OK!
First mix your dry ingredients, then add your wet ingredients and mix until smooth! Use paper cups in your muffin tray and pop in the oven at 180 °C for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For frosting, beat the butter smooth then add the rest slowly.

• Chocolate chips (melted)
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 5 cups powdered sugar
• Pinch of OK salt
• 4-5 tbsp heavy whipping cream
