Spring Meander

Pearly Beach Conservancy

Spring Meander, 1 September 2021

To celebrate the first day of spring and the beginning of Tourism month on 1 September, the Pearly Beach Conservancy hosted the Gansbaai Tourist Office staff (Glenda, Doulene and Maureen) and a group of energetic walkers on the recently inaugurated Pearly Beach Meander. The weather was slightly overcast, but for a change there was no rain. Everyone enjoyed the good company and the beautiful vistas.  The Conservancy Committee invites anyone who would like to walk the Meander to come out to Pearly Beach and give it a go. Maps are in the process of being printed and these will be available from the Gansbaai Tourist Office, the Herbarium in the Fynbos Centre in Pearly Beach and various other outlets shortly.
