A 5km more FUN than RUN family event. The event is untimed so whether you waddle, walk, wander or run, just be sure to have FUN.

Now with WINE. A wonderful route on the Lomond Wine Estate. Bring family and friends, babies in prams and dogs on leashes. Wear your penguin best and March for the Penguins, because #EveryPenguinCounts.

Once you finished your waddle, wander, walk or run and your steps have been counted, join the Lomond Harvest Festival.

Tickets are available online at Quicket, at Lomond Wine Farm, and at APSS. R80 for adults and R50 for children under 12. All ticket sales will directly benefit the work of the African Penguin and Seabird Sanctuary.

Prizes to be won for:

• Best "penguinfied" running/walking gear. (If all else fails, wear black and white)
• Best "penguinfied" family/group entry. (4 participants)
• Best "waddle" impressionist
• Biggest smile
