This past weekend Marine Dynamics in collaboration with VW took some readers of Popular Mechanics, on the ride of their lives! The readers first test drove some fast cars and then quickened their heart rate even further by diving with Great White Sharks! The whole excursion was aimed at raising awareness and encouraging sustainable ecological action and what better place than our beloved Gansbaai.
After an exhilarating trip out to the chum grounds, everybody hurried into their wetsuits and waited with baited breath to get into the dive cage. The Great White Sharks did not fail to impress and got nice and close to the boat for everyone to see. The readers were ecstatic about their adventure and for some it was a dream come true.
