Friday
Indulgent free-range chicken parmesan served on sweet potato puree and crisp baby spinach and petit pois dressed with a whole grain dijon mustard bream.
This is followed by a baked orange pudding with vanilla bean custard cream.
Saturday
Cannelloni styled filled pancakes, baked in a cheesy béchamel, followed by passionfruit creme brûlée. (Grenadillas from my own garden)
Sunday
Fire-grilled fillet of beef, brandy cream, garlic & herb jacket potato, sauteed courgettes, forest mushrooms & sweet bell peppers & spiced pumpkin fritter.
Followed by a steamed ginger & apricot sponge on a light custard.
