Let Go of Your Limiting Beliefs

Although we create our beliefs from past events, it is the belief that we must release. We cannot erase the past, we can however delete the stories we tell ourselves.

There is a huge difference between suppressing past events and deleting the stories. The stories are all created within our unique view of this world. Every person in that event will have a different story.

You cannot account for the other person's behaviour, you can only take ownership and responsibility for your decisions regarding the event. We all come with past hurts and fears, which affects today. We live today through yesterday - which makes yesterday our tomorrow.

Let go of the past, own your future, and take every day steps towards it.

Are you ready?
