Embracing Your True Self: Beyond Roles and Fear
Along my life path and the lessons it has brought me, I have come to realise that when we fear losing a job, a relationship, a piece of furniture, etc., we have in fact already lost ourselves.
Whatever role I play as a life coach, as a mother, as a friend, as a leader, and whatever I own in property is part of the whole. I am all of these and so much more. When I fear losing a "part" that society perceives as the only whole, I know that I am not losing myself. I only act in these various roles, the true me is safe, strong, talented, loving, and caring.
Place your hand over your heart, and feel your unique heartbeat. Look through your eyes and see the amazing world you live in. Sing a song and hear the rhythm of life. Listen to the wind and recognise the growth that is within you. Smell the perfume of a flower and enjoy the beauty that is abundant.
You are so much more than the role you play. Are you ready to embrace all that is you?
