2 Days to Christmas: Self-Love

Take time in the day to check in with yourself, and encourage your children and spouse to do the same. Be a support for each other. It is often good to hear a different perspective. The trick is to be open to hearing and to allow yourself what you think will serve you and to let go of the rest.

Remember, it is only information. The feedback comes from the giver's perspective. Respect that, say thank you, process, and take on board what you want and let go of the rest.
