Why Am I So Angry? Understanding the Hidden Causes of Anger

Have you ever found yourself saying:

"Why am I so angry?"

You promise yourself that you'll stay calm. You tell yourself that this time will be different.

Then something happens.

Someone doesn't do what they said they would do.

You feel unsupported.

You feel overwhelmed.

You feel like everything is falling on your shoulders again.

And suddenly the anger appears.

Afterwards comes the guilt, regret, and self-judgment.

You start wondering what is wrong with you.

But what if anger isn't the problem?

What if anger is simply the signal that something deeper needs attention?

Many people who struggle with anger have spent years carrying responsibilities, solving problems, and being strong for everyone else.

Eventually the weight becomes too much.

Anger often appears when the mind and body can no longer carry what has been ignored.

The question is not:

"Why am I angry?"

The question is:

"What pain am I carrying that needs healing?"

This week we will explore the hidden roots of anger and discover that there is a path toward peace, calm, and self-control.

What is one situation that seems to trigger your anger most often?
