REQUEST FROM OUR SEWING MACHINE TECHNICIANS:

Please note: This is ONLY applicable to those who have ELECTRONIC sewing machines (the higher-end sewing machines i.e., Bernina Artistas and from the Bernina 4 series upwards).

When you submit a sewing machine for service with us, please remember to bring your buttonhole foot. Calibration on this part of your machine is included in the service for electronic machines.
