It is the end of the year, the month feels like it is only 20 days, and everyone seems to be in a hurry. Do you say to yourself: There are not enough hours in the day?

It is amazing when you have a plan of action, how much you can manage in a day. To help you to prioritise, here is a quick checklist:

• What is an emergency?
• The balance of tasks can now be prioritised according to possible future emergency situations.
• What will take the longest? Start with it.
• What requires assistance? Who do I need to call to help?
• Can I decide on my own, or do I need approval or consent? Is there a process or can I make a decision now?
