If you are an organized person, you might have been buying your gifts for this time throughout the year. If you are not, and that is also okay, you might start to feel the stress building.

Allocate a day, lunchtime, or an afternoon and go out and do your shopping. Or do your wrapping.

If you miss your friends, then arrange a gift wrap party. You could also ask your older children to help you, which in turn will teach them how to wrap gifts. But you know what, you have just created a moment with them. Time that money cannot buy.
