Fransman, welbekende digter, akteur en skrywer het die graad 12 groep Vrydag 24 januarie kom toespreek. Hy is wel bekend veral vir sy radiodramas op RSG en deeltydse rubriekskrywer vir SON. Van sy werke wat in die graad 10 -12 sillabus behandel word is “Douspoor” en “Sweef”. Marlene Fry van die WOW (Woorde open Wêrelde) en haar man het Fransman vergesel. Fry is betrokke by die Universiteit van Stellenbosch.
