Beliefs Unveiled: Navigating the Path to Personal Transformation
We live in a world where we see everything as wrong or right. Our whole existence, how we perceive the world, is made up of beliefs.The truth is that there is no wrong in the beliefs we formed. Every belief is formed in a moment with the knowledge available to us in that moment.
As we grow and develop emotionally we discover that some beliefs no longer serve us. Unfortunately habit keeps us trapped in those beliefs with the accompanying behaviour. One of our greatest fears is to let go of these limiting beliefs. We know how to function within the limitations, but who are we when we let go?
As a result we find that life becomes hard because we are in constant battle between habit and our developing self - and ultimately this leads to a path of "long". Does that make the belief wrong? No, if it serves you, or served you, it delivered on the intention. Now it is no longer valid.
So we can choose to suffer through our long path to growth and development (I struggled and searched for 6 years wanting and knowing something needs to change, but too scared to take a leap), or we can ask for guidance and learn new tools and concepts that can allow us to shorten the path and experience more of the wonder of life.
