Christien’s journey in fitness began with a commitment to a healthy lifestyle, which quickly evolved into a deep love for regular gym sessions. Her enthusiasm for staying fit and strong led her to explore new forms of exercise, eventually igniting her passion for yoga and Pilates.
After teaching her very first Flex & Flow class - a unique combination of basic stretches, beginner yoga, and Pilates - the demand for more sessions skyrocketed. It was clear that Christien had found her calling as an instructor, and her popularity within the community grew rapidly.
Christien’s ability to create a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring environment for all fitness levels has made her a standout instructor. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, her classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your personal goals.
