5-4-3-2-1 at Kids Club!
Last week at Kids Club, we explored mindfulness the i-MED way!
The children practised the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique through a fun nature scavenger hunt:
5 things they could see
4 things they could touch
3 things they could hear
2 things they could smell
1 thing they could taste
Their sensory boxes were soon filled with leaves, feathers, seeds, and stories, and they discovered just how much beauty surrounds us every day.
Once calm and connected, they got creative and drew what they found.
