17 Days to Christmas: Priority and Coffee

Back to the List. What will be priority this week? Use the table I provided in the 24 Days to Christmas post to help you organise this list.

Coffee break. Whether you drink coffee or tea or water, make sure that one of those cups a day are enjoyed. It will only take around 4 minutes out of your day, but leave your desk, go outside if possible, take your cup or glass with you and allow the sun to hit onto your forehead while you enjoy every sip of that beverage.

Why?

• You return to the moment. You allow yourself to regroup.
• The sun, on your forehead, activates your pineal gland, the source of your melatonin. This is where your circadian cycle (awake-sleep cycle) is “controlled” from.  You need good rest now, help yourself the natural way.
