Recipe: Volcano Burger

Ingredients

• 6 OK Foods Burger Buns
• 6 Beef Patties
• 1 Punnet Mushrooms
• 1 Large Onion
• 1 Packet Cheese Sauce
• Butter
• Salt
• Lemon Pepper
• Lettuce
• Tomato Sauce
• Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

• Grill your burger patties to taste
• Slice onion into rings and sauté
• Slice mushrooms and sauté in butter, salt and lemon pepper
• Shred lettuce
• Prepare cheese sauce as stated on packaging
• Cut open burger buns, butter them and toast the inside of the bun

Now time to layer

First you add lettuce, followed by a burger pattie, Tomato Sauce, Sweet Chilli sauce, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms and loads of cheese sauce.

Close with top bun and ENJOY!
