Group Classes (14 - 18 September 2020)
Group classes that will be taking place in the gym this week:
1. *Spinning:* Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18h00 PM. (These classes can be done live and online too via the Myzone app if you have a spin bike at home)
2. *Pilates:* Tuesday at 09h00 AM (This class can be done live and online in the comfort of your home, via the Myzone app)
3. *ABC Classes:* Tuesday and Thursday at 08h00 AM.
4. *Step Class:* Tuesday at 17h30 PM (This class can be done live and online in the comfort of your home via the Myzone app)
Remember that if you wish to attend these classes in the gym then bookings for these classes are compulsory as there are only limited spaces available! Bookings can be done by phoning reception or on the Intensity Application downloadable from your app store on your smartphone device.
