Living in the Present: Take Action Now

We are presently creating both our future and our past. If you are worrying about things you did not accomplish, that you did not achieve, or that you might have done "wrong" in the past, remember that you can change them now.

When we bring our past stresses into the future, we create anxiety. The only moment where we can create change is now.

"You cannot alter the events of the past since they have already occurred. However, they provide valuable lessons to learn from and opportunities to alter your restrictive beliefs. Similarly, you cannot modify the future after it has transpired. To create a different outcome from what your limiting beliefs have predicted, you must take action in the present."

There is a saying: When you are stressed, you live in the past. When you are anxious, you live in the future. The only place and time either can come to calm and peace is now.

Are you ready to take action now?
