Let’s start with the not-so-great news - then the good stuff!
Sadly, one of our beautiful GGAP pots at OK was damaged. Thanks to Jaenthy from Build It for letting us know, and a big thank you to Johann and the Municipal team, who will remove it tomorrow. LIFE HAPPENS.
But here's the GOOD NEWS!
GGAP is moving forward and ready to keep beautifying Gansbaai, weather permitting - and we want YOU to be part of it!
We’re getting ready to transform the Gansbaai Harbour area with help from Grootbos, who will be assisting with landscaping our sculpture gardens from October - amazing, right?
Our team of 6 will help with planting and upkeep, but we’re short on tools and working with no budget. That’s where our kind-hearted nation builders come in!
Here’s how you can help:
• 2-4 weed eaters (new or good condition)
• 1 petrol lawnmower
• 4 spades, forks, rakes, and a pick
• 1 bakkie (we currently share a vehicle with Hermanus and it’s tough!)
