Renovation Project Progress by Combined Engineering Solutions (CES)
Since April 2026, Combined Engineering Solutions (CES) has been hard at work on an ongoing renovation project for an existing home, bringing together structural improvements, practical additions, and custom-built features.
The project included the design and construction of a new indoor braai area, as well as the building of a brand-new wall completed on 11 April 2026. Existing steps were broken down and rebuilt, an outside tap was installed on the second floor, and the entire house was plastered to strengthen the exterior walls.
The indoor braai was completed on 25 April 2026, adding a functional and stylish entertainment feature to the home.
The project is still underway, with CES currently busy designing and constructing another new wall as well as a new gate.
