Verskeie Lentefoto’s is deur Gansbaai Fotografieklub geneem, wat tydens verlede Maandag se byeenkoms besigtig en bespreek is. Uitstekende foto’s is weer eens vertoon, met die keuse van Tracey van der Linde se foto van die heuningby en die blom wat aan Gansbaai Courant gestuur is. Met verwysing na die Funky Fynbosfees, meld Marc du Plessis, Kompetisie-beampte van die klub, dat sowat 2,200 foto’s deur klublede geneem is. Verskeie foto’s is geneem, maar hulle fokuspunt was die Bergfietse en 4x4’s. “Hierdie foto’s is aanlyn te koop op die webtuiste photocity.co.za, waar 80% van die produkkostes ten bate van Gansbaai Fotografieklub is vir die aankoop van toerusting, soos onder andere ‘n projektor,” sê Marc.

They intend to give it a strong Overberg flavour and encourage contributors to upload image specific to the area, whether events, flowers, sharks, prominent landmarks, etc.
There is currently no cost for photographers to become contributors to the site, and will receive up to 75% of the image selling price which is downloaded by the client based on the size or image required. Images uploaded are resized by the software to cater for various uses of the image. Contributors can add there own image costs or use the sites default cost structure. All images are vetted before going live.
