It’s the 2nd year after the passing of Dr Nelson Mandela as known to the world and the Hermanus Sub District Office is growing and enjoying every bit of the 18 July, the day set aside to remember the legacy of the great Madiba.
The year 2015 was no different, as we under the leadership of Mr Neville Dreyer embarked on this globally recognised journey, where we visited the Hemel en Aarde Valley Crèche. We shared to the children, the story of this well known father of the nation, why we celebrate the day and then we played fun games with them. After the entertainment we offered gifts to the children and brightened their day.
The day was celebrated on high spirit and was a huge success.
