4. Star Jumps
5. Cross over mountain climbers
6. Side plank lifts (right)
7. Side plank lifts (left)
8. Static high knee run
9. Backward lunge To jump (right)
10. Backward lunge to jump (left)
11. Cross over crunches right side
12. Cross over crunches left side
13. Spilt jacks
