Essential Service Collections
Dear Clients,
Hermanus and Gansbaai Build it will be open for essential service providers as well as to anyone whom requires an essential product or a product required for an essential service. Our trading times will be Monday to Friday 09:00 until 13:00.
We would like to inform you that Hermanus/Gansbaai Build it will have an additional system in place as of Monday the 20th of April 2020 that will allow you to purchase essential goods from our hardware stores via mail. This will reduce the time you need to spend in our shop and will make it more convenient for our essential service providers.
You will require a valid essential services permit in order to purchase from us in this way and you will need to declare that the goods are purchased for an essential service.
The system will work as follows:
1. Send an e-mail to dylanmburger@gmail.com with a list of the essential items you require as well as your essential services certificate.
2. We will revert back to you with a quote which you will need to approve and confirm. (This confirmation has to be sent before 13h00 the day prior to collection)
3. We will prepare your goods for you and you can collect between 09:00 and 12:00 every day.
4. You will be required to pay with cash or card on collection (no credit will be provided to anyone, this includes account holders), should you do an EFT the goods will only be made available to you once it has cleared on our side.
5. You will be required to complete a form on collection.
You will need to adhere to all health and safety precautions which have been put in place at our stores.
