All Classes Live on Zoom
Last week of our free trial live classes all and anyone welcome.
20 Classes to choose from, just follow the zoom link here 5 minutes before any of these classes and you will be directed to the live workout session. Please note our new Yoga classes added!!
Health and Active TV will be launching our website on Monday 18 May 2020. Live classes will then only be available via our website here from 18 May 2020 onward, this will also give you access to recorded on demand classes to do on your own time.
Please take note of two changes:
1. We added yoga classes, Mondays and Wednesdays.
2. We moved our mobility and stretch class to Saturday mornings.
We have 2 NEW INSTRUCTORS (Lesley-Anne & Bonita) from Cape Town that came onboard and will be instructing our yoga and mobility and stretch classes.
