17-year-old Charl Eksteen in Boland u/18 Cravenweek rugby-team

The 17-year-old Charl Eksteen, a born and bred Gansbaaier, was included in the Boland u/18 Cravenweek rugby team this year. This hard-working rugby player is without any doubt on his way to reaching high levels in the rugby world.

Charl is a Gr 12 learner from HTS Drostdy High School in Worcester. He completed his primary school years at Laerskool Gansbaai, where he also played excellent rugby. “My heart has been in rugby since I was a child,” says Charl. “My dream is to go overseas and play rugby in America.”

Charl se rugby-talent was reeds gedurende sy laerskooljare duidelik sigbaar: 2016 - o/12 Boland Cravenweek; 2017 - o/13 Boland Inter-provinsiale Sewes; 2017 - o/13 Boland Cravenweek.
