For most of us it is still a bit of a shock that we are already halfway through November and December and the new year is looming around the corner! All the yearly festivities are done and dusted and we have even registered to vote. And now for the big finale – December holidays!

Our weather has finally shaken off its Winter coat and we are overjoyed! The whales are still a pleasant sight as they frolick in the shallow surf and the birds and bees are a twitter with the promise of summer.
The Overberg is coming alive again with its famous spectacular sunsets and the beaches are becoming more and more welcoming. Summer is well on its way and we should all be getting ready for the days of beautiful sunshine and outdoor activities. And not to forget all our old and new friends that visit our beautiful townduring December.
