Empowering Youth
At Grootbos Foundation, our Sports for Good sessions go beyond sports. We focus on teaching kids important life skills, conservation, health, nutrition, mental health, and career pathways. This week, a group of young people learned about their personal strengths.
Through a fun activity called Power Hand, they discovered their five strengths. What started as a simple drawing activity turned into a valuable lesson about life. They talked openly about understanding their strengths and how to use them in their lives.
