19 Youths Gain Jobs After Work Experience with Grootbos Foundation
Over the last month, 19 youths completed two weeks of work experience at various placements across the Overstrand. We’re thrilled to share that 7 of them have been offered employment opportunities by their host businesses!
Additionally, 4 young people secured their first jobs immediately after completing the Employability Workshop, even before starting their workplace experiences. We are incredibly proud of these youths who have received the boost they needed to enter the world of work.
Our commitment to supporting local talent continues as our team mentors a group of entrepreneurs on an 18-month journey towards building their business success.
