All the anticipation has finally come to an end, Easter weekend has arrived. With an extended long weekend thanks to Good Friday and Easter Monday or Family Day being celebrated, we give thanks for the rest. Traditionally celebrated with family, the Overberg has a score of family friendly events and activities taking place this Easter Weekend.
The previous week’s #discoverOverberg chat had everyone sharing their plans for the long weekend. There was a strong feeling of folks planning to spend the weekend with their families, but this doesn’t mean that you have to stay at home. Faced with a variety of outdoor activities, a full list of great places to eat and a number of locally hosted events taking place, there won’t be a moment without excitement this weekend.
We would like to remember everyone to stop by the Friday Morning Market at the NG Church and stop by the Pearly Beach Basaar on Saturday morning. And then stretching over the Saturday and Sunday we dive into the creative side of the Overberg with the first leg of the B’bos Art Route.
