Nature’s Comeback!
Our Conservation Team is thrilled to see the fire lily, Cyrtanthus, sprouting beautifully after the recent fire. A true testament to nature’s resilience!

Gladiators in miniature - sometimes the smallest warriors steal the show.

Our Reserve Manager, Mike, stumbled upon this intriguing find recently… any guesses what it might be?

Three weeks ago, Mike captured these blue cranes dancing and showing off their moves. This week, he found an egg near the same area - a perfect symbol of hope and continuity.

Blue cranes are a real conservation success story here in the Overberg, with their numbers stabilising thanks to years of collaborative efforts.
From all of us at the Foundation, we wish you a weekend full of joy, wonder… and maybe a few dance moves!
