Appleberry Farm – a sweet place to be, lies within the picturesque Elgin Valley. As the name suggests Appleberry is an apple, berry and pear farm.
Appleberry farm is renowned for their delicious fruit and their amazing love for animals & the community. Shannon from Appleberry also continuously runs an operation on the farm where they house rescue horses and donkeys.
Last year they sponsored DELICIOUS blueberries for the Annual Baardskeerdersbos Christmas Party hosted by the Skills Exchange Cooperative (SEC) and the Baardskeerdersbos Community Development Organization (BCDO).
The children enjoyed it SO much and could not get enough of it!
This year they once again opend their hearts to us and became one of our generous sponsors.
The berry season is coming to an end soon, but do not stress - in the New Year you will be able to buy frozen berries until berry harvest comes next September again.
