Loft rooms is a very good feature to add to a dwelling, this not only adds value to your house for resale but also gives you a lot more space. The house will have a more open feel to it when you have a Double Volume loft room like in question.
Regarding that this owner had to face problems with Height Restrictions, we went the extra mile and Designed our own roof Trusses and purlins to accomodate the Height Restriction of only 4,2m. This house features a open plan loft with double volume living area. Double volume meaning no ceiling in that space.
