STRETCHING is an easy way to ease your pain, de-stress and increase mobility.
Easy Office Stretches:
- Stand in front of a chair with your legs parallel and shoulder width apart. Place your right leg on the seat of the chair. Place both hands on your thigh, just above your knee. Keep your left leg straight, back flat, lower chest to thigh. Repeat on the other side.
- Stand behind a chair, feet outside of shoulder width. Bend knees slightly. Bend forward from the hips, back flat; grab the back of the chair. Relax and repeat.
- Sit upright in a chair, stretch legs in front of you, bend over, bring your chest to your thighs.
- Sit upright in a chair with legs separated and feet planted on the floor. Place your right ankle on your left knee. Lean forward from the hips, feel the stretch in your bum and lower back. Repeat with the other leg.
- Sit upright in a chair with legs separated and feet planted on the floor. Keeping your back straight and your chest open, rotate your torso to the right. Return to starting position and rotate to the left.
