This email to you is to commend the outstanding service my husband and I received from one of your staff members: Nicolene Lotter.
We recently came into your OK store in Gansbaai and asked to speak to someone who could assist us with Platters that we needed for a birthday celebration we were going to hold for my husband.
Nicolene was called to assist us. We were absolutely blown away with her professionalism, her attention to detail, and her calm yet reassuring attitude as we discussed our needs with her.
It was a most painless and enjoyable experience dealing with Nicolene, and she filled us with confidence that OK could meet our needs, and could meet them to a high standard.
And I am happy to say that Nicolene's delivery of what had been promised by her to us was ready on time, and the Platters were of an exceptionally high standard.
Therefore compliments and thanks must please also be conveyed to your chef, Ilicia Lotter, for the preparation of the food Platters, the high quality of the food, and the appetizing appearance of the Platters, all of which our guests thoroughly enjoyed.
You may be interested to know that the food we had left over (we deliberately ordered more than we thought we might need) was taken to the Beverley Hills community, and I have no doubt that they enjoyed the food as much as we and our guests had done!
Compliments and thanks also to you for the excellent training you most obviously must be giving to your staff.
We will in future have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the OK Platters, and we will certainly not hesitate to contact Nicolene if we do at some time in the future need to order Platters again.
