Recipe: Berry Delight Tart
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 60ml OK House Brand white sugar
- 250ml self-raising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 80ml Milk
- 1 packet strawberry instant pudding
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cold tap water
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Sift in all dry ingredients - alternately add in the milk. Place mixture in an ovenware dish. Mix the instant pudding with 1/2 cup of cold tap water. Stir in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour over the dough mixture. Bake at 180C for 50 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with cream.
