14 - 16 April 2023: Exploring Pattern - with Sue Frost and Heather Moore

Explore ways of enhancing the experience through greater awareness of pattern in movement, breath, and creativity.

Many parts of life that are considered mundane or ordinary are, in fact, deeply connected to the nervous system.

Humans instinctively respond to patterns of all kinds, and this information affects our biological, psychological, and environmental experience of being safe and in harmony in the world.

By using the tool of pattern to explore ordinary experiences, we can get fresh insight into our responses to the world around us.

Join Sue Frost and Heather Moore for a weekend exploring PATTERNS through breath, movement, and creativity, expanding our imaginations and our relationship with self.

Enjoy a restful and playful weekend at the beautiful eco-lodge at Bodhi Khaya, taking the time to explore the patterns in your ordinary experience, and getting fresh insight into your responses to the world.
