Join us for a weekend of Heart Opening rituals at this spectacular venue in Stanford. Each day will comprise of energies to increase our frequencies, Into Me I See, expanding your comfort zone whilst boosting your confidence. This is about connecting with your true self with love whilst also connecting collectively with others. Allowing full energy to flow and release through scent, movement, meditation, breathwork, dance, creativity, food, personal time, journalling and nature.

• Morning ritual with yoga, meditation, breathwork and journaling

• Yoga (Hatha flow, yin yoga and yoga Nidra)
• Breathwork
• Conscious connection and Ecstatic Dance with Kritikala (an international Soul Couple who DJ around the world, working on stepping up the frequency through the sounds of their uplifting beats)
• Cacao ceremony
• Essential oil workshop
• Flower crown workshop
• Nature immersion and personal time
A retreat by Petrichor Oils. Facilitated by Nics Wolman, Founder of Petrichor Oils, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Healer & Limbic Test Practioner.
Also joined by Ineke van Loven, Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide. Ineke has been teaching all around the world.
Plus our fabulous Kritikala Couple. A DJ couple who work on raising our frequencies through their uplifting beats.
