Next Trips: 6 + 7 September 2024
Hold onto your chairs, folks, because September’s been serving up some seriously epic wildlife drama! Here’s a sneak peek at the action-packed scenes we’ve witnessed:
Southern Right Whales: Picture this - majestic giants of the ocean gracefully gliding through the waters like they’re auditioning for a whale ballet. We are lucky to have two brindle calves in our bay; spotting a brindle mom with her calf is even more special. The brindle pattern, with its beautiful blend of light and dark patches, makes this mother-calf pair truly extraordinary.
Breaching Humpback Whale: Talk about making a splash! We caught this Humpback showing off its acrobatic skills with a breaching display that would make Olympic divers jealous. If whales had a talent show, this one would be the star!
Endangered Humpback Dolphins: Sneaking into our scene with their rare charm, these dolphins were like the VIP guests of the ocean, making a brief but unforgettable appearance.
Bronze Whaler Sharks: On most of our tours, we started with a visit to the shark cage diving boats, where we saw the beautiful bronze whaler sharks.
We explored the island system, making our way past Geyser Rock and its bustling Cape Fur Seal colony. Thousands of seals greeted us, and we had an up-close look at them.
The neighboring African Penguins on Dyer Island provided a charming end to our trip, relaxing on the rocks.
The weather is looking fantastic for Friday and Saturday - don't miss out on these incredible experiences! Book your spot now and join us for more amazing sightings!
