21 October 2026: Grootbos Sundowner Session
Join us for our next Sundowner Session, this time with our very own Field Guide authors, Sean Privett, Paula Strauss, Rebecca Dames and Mike Fabricius.
They will be sharing incredible biodiversity stories from the new Grootbos Nature Reserve Field Guide. 1,133 species are represented, including plants, lichens, mosses, invertebrates, reptiles, amphibians, fish, birds and mammals.
Behind every species is a story of discovery, identification, collaboration and a growing understanding of the intricate web of life that makes the Walker Bay region so special.
