Join us this festive season for a delicious set menu at Blue Goose.

 
Menu

• Welcome Drink: Glass of Boschendal Brut / Rosé MCC
• 1st Course: Green Gazpacho - cucumber, avo, fresh herbs, white wine and Greek yogurt
• 2nd Course: Trio of Smoked African Carpaccio - kudu, warthog and crocodile with gremolata, baby spinach and parmesan shavings
• 3rd Course: Oven Baked Kingklip - Black Mussel Cream Sauce and Asparagus
• 4th Course: Lemon, Mint and Gewürztraminer Sorbet
• 5th Course: Flame Grilled Beef Fillet - Port Jus, roasted butternut purée, baked potatoes, baby green beans and carrots
• Dessert Trio: Summer Berry Pavlova, Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse
