Known as the “Constantia” of Hermanus, Fernkloof it is situated on the lower slopes just below the nature reserve and flanked by the golf course and Mossel River. Fernkloof Golf Estate Hermanus
The newly developed golf course precincts surrounding the golf course fall under the Fernkloof Estate title with each “precinct” sporting its own name and managed by its own board. An architectural design guide has been applied to all the precincts and consequently, the villages have a distinct “look”. Access control at each precinct provides a measure of security.
