Be Careful Who You Deal With
Please be careful Public Residents when dealing with Estate Agents. Agents are supposed to be registered at the PPRA and should have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC). Too many non-compliant Agents out there giving this Industry a bad name. ASK to see their FFC before Renting, Selling or Buying any property. If no FFC CERTIFICATE with the Agent, Choose right there another Agent. If the person is a Candidate or Intern they should be assisted by a full status Agent.
