The school holidays have brought joy, creativity, and adventure to the Grootbos Foundation's Holiday Programme! With the help of our partners and coaches, we’ve created a space where children can explore, learn, and simply enjoy being kids.
Rock and Pebble Painting
From colourful characters to nature-inspired designs, our young artists have been expressing themselves through rock and pebble painting. It's amazing to see how a simple stone becomes a canvas for imagination!
Games on the Sports Pitch
Our sports pitch has been alive with energy as kids enjoy team games, build confidence, and stay active. There’s nothing like a bit of friendly competition to bring everyone together!
Ocean Connection
A special highlight has been the Ocean Connection, a time to learn about the incredible marine life just beyond the shore. With hearts full of curiosity and hands full of beach treasures, the children are building a deeper love and respect for the ocean.
This Holiday Programme continues to be a space for inspiration, nourishment, and mentorship - all while having tons of fun in a safe and supportive environment.
