Big Feelings Need Gentle Support

Psychological First Aid isn’t just for adults, children need it too, especially when they’ve been through something tough.

This week, we spent time with a brave little girl who has been badly bullied. Through calm conversations, creative arts and crafts, and a safe space to share her feelings, she started learning ways to cope and grow stronger.

Every colour and every brushstroke was a step forward in her healing journey. 

At i-MED Africa, we’re here to walk that journey with our young ones – one moment, one child, one heart at a time.
